Ancient Foundry

So I could play Outward again today (unexpectedly, which made it extra nice!).  

I decided to tackle the Ancient Foundry in Harmattan, starting from the circus place.

First area went fine, but I missed the key to the lower foundry or something.

So I moved to the Golem storage facility place. Cleared that too.

Then I moved on to the Chambers something something and I got myself knocked out by a Galvanic Golem...and LOST MY FRIGGIN' BACKPACK WITH EVERYTHING IN IT.

Backpack wasn't near the entrance to the Chambers.

I was almost dead and without any source of light so I went back to Harmattan (town) and sorted myself out.

Re-entered the Foundry and raced to where I died. Killed the stupid Galvanic Golem. Backpack not there.

So I exited the Golem facility and re-entered the Chambers and double-checked but the backpack is not there.

Plus it's hot af near the entrance whereas it was cold af near where the Galvanic golem was and I got a cold.

WHERE IS MY BELOVED BACKPACK.

I feel so vulnerable without it.

Idk what to do now.

I can:

a) re-check the Golem facility

b) go back to Harmattan, purchase a cheap backpack and equip myself a bit better to look for it.

DAMN.

On the bright side, I'm learning my way around the region. I think someone told me when I arrived in Harmattan that the underground is all connected? I might be making this up but it seems that way, because the entrance to the Golem facility is where the Theater is, and the entrance to the Chambers is next to the Cabal of Wind temple. And it seems to follow the tracks of the mana railway. There was an inscription in the Foundry that read "Station".

Come to think of it, I very likely didn't even have to go to the Facility or the Chambers, I just had to find the key to the other area(s) of the Foundry and explore that. =/ (EDIT: LOL you need to go EVERYWHERE).
